Dr. Juan Williams, Sr.¸ is the Pastor and Founder of Ontario Christian Center. He is a ground- breaking visionary and for the last 30 plus years has revolutionized the body of Christ through his uncompromising teachings of the Word of God. His faith in God is transparent in his lifestyle as he consistently walks what he teaches and preaches. In 1980, Dr. Williams received a call from God to “Feed My lamb, feed My sheep, and tend to them”. In 1984, while on vacation, he received another call from God to “Step out in faith and begin a new work in the Inland Empire for the kingdom of God”. In 1988, in obedience to God, Dr. Williams founded Ontario Christian Center (formerly, Word of Life Ministry).
Dr. Williams is advancing globally in his God-given Vision to “Set Men Free Through the Knowledge of Jesus Christ” and Mission to “Seek and to Save that Which is Lost”. He is the Founder and President of, Dr. Juan Williams, Sr. Faith Ministries (DJWSFM), an international outreach ministry. DJWSFM has reached nations, teaching the Word of God in Europe, Africa, and Asia, through the television broadcast “The Lifestyle of Faith and Power” that he co-hosts with his lovely wife and First Lady, Mrs. Tracy L. Williams. In addition, Ontario Christian Center, through the Foreign Missions Outreach Ministry, has extended the love of Christ and touched lives throughout Ethiopia, South Africa, Zimbabwe, and Kenya.
Born on December 23, 1955, Dr. Williams was raised in the inner city. During his first year in little league, he played, coached, and managed his own little league baseball team. At age 10, local grocers employed him to sell ad books. He also served with the Boy Scouts of America and launched his own business, buying and selling exotic pigeons. In Grade 7, he held internships and jobs through the summer youth programs. He participated each year and was given a work opportunity with Rockwell International Corporation. He would later become employed in the food industry, who would work around his school and sports schedules, until he graduated from high school.
In high school, Dr. Williams was a three-star athlete. He played football, baseball, and ran track. He was team captain for both football and baseball. His diligence and excellence continued as he matriculated through high school. After graduating, he began work as a supervisor with Covington Department Store.
Dr. Williams attained an Associate degree from East Los Angeles College. Later he attended the University of California, Riverside (UCR) where he played on the baseball team. In 1977, his baseball team became the first National Baseball Champions in the history of UCR and were inducted into the UCR Athletics Hall of Fame. During this time, Dr. Williams met a young man who was with Campus Crusades. The young man ministered the good news of salvation through Jesus Christ and Dr. Williams accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. Dr. Williams received a Bachelor of Arts degree from UCR. Continuing on in higher education, Dr. Williams attended Azusa Pacific University where he received a Master of Divinity and Doctorate of Ministry, with honors. He authored a dissertation on the Baptism of the Holy Spirit. His dissertation was notable, published, and led many Christians to effectively operate within the Spirit by living Spirit-filled, faith- based lives.
Dr. Williams, as a peace officer, led an accomplished and decorated career in lawenforcement. Although, he had a prosperous career in law enforcement, he left it in 1979 and began full-time ministry, as Assistant Pastor in a local Four-Square church.
Under the leadership of Dr. Williams and through the ministry of the Holy Spirit, the apostolic ministry, and prophecy, Ontario Christian Center continues to witness supernatural signs, wonders, and miracles throughout the body of Christ. Dr. Williams is a shepherd after God’s own heart who desires that no soul be lost. He operates in ministry gifts to teach others, through the word of God, how to be free and experience victory in every area of their life.
Dr. Williams is a loyal husband, caring father, loving grandpa, community leader, philanthropist, entrepreneur, author, and minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ. God is using Dr. Williams as a great man of faith called to do great works in the body of Christ. He and his lovely wife, Tracy, have three sons, two daughters and an array of grandchildren.
